We founded Fashions By Jen with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

In the event that the specified shirt is not a available we reserve the right to substitute with a compatible style shirt. We currently use Bella & Canvas Unisex for screen print design transfers and Jerzees 21M for sublimation.

We have a 15 day refund request policy for damaged or defective items.  Since items are made to order, we do not accept returns for size, color or design changes.

Please contact us by email with your request for return.  Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless other arrangements are decided upon.
